Grumpy GDPR: Have you noticed?

Miloš and Rie hotly debate whether asking for consent for or even informing of new 🇺🇸 transfers is legally required when Rie changes her free newsletter provider (due to hefty annoyances).

What do you think is correct? Would you:

• Ask for consent?
• Not ask for consent but inform?
• Or, as one subscriber responded right away, "simply update the general privacy policy and not inform the recipients"?
